DELITE On The Spot | Love For Leadership

By SM Retail / March 21, 2025

Our love for leadership was overflowing during the DELITE On The Spot activity. Everyone had #SoMuch fun that we needed a second batch of photos! Check them out and relive the unforgettable moments of Purple Day.

One Big SM Retail Team

As leaders in our own unique ways, we always consider the wider good. We constantly strive to create a positive impact. Our goal is to inspire, uplift, and drive change. With pride, we wore purple, a constant reminder of our shared commitment to leading with a heart.

We transformed our workspaces, recreational areas, and common spaces into a vibrant sea of purple, a powerful representation of our dedication to leadership. Every corner reflected our passion for empowering others, fostering growth, and making a difference.

Our leadership-themed activities encouraged personal development and empowered us with the confidence to lead with purpose. Beyond the activities, we strengthened our bonds over simple yet meaningful moments during the Salu-salo, sharing experiences and insights that enriched our leadership journeys.

At SM Retail, leadership isn’t just a title—it’s the drive to inspire, empower, and uplift those around us. Through Lead the Way, we celebrated the power of influence with dynamic activities, bold conversations, and shared successes. Because great leaders don’t just manage; they motivate.
