SM Retail is proud to open doors to meaningful careers in partnership with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Public Employment Service Offices (PESO), Local Government Units (LGUs), the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) Jobs Committee, Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PHILEXPORT), and SM Supermalls – a proud partner of DOLE since 2008.

Since 2024, SM Retail — including SM Store, SM Retail Affiliates, and SM Markets — has actively supported employment opportunities across the country by organizing and participating in 244 job fairs of the SM Group, connecting with over 170,000 passionate job seekers. Of these, more than 4,000 were hired on the spot (HOTS), with many more progressing through the next stages of the recruitment journey.
