Orange Energy: A Boost of Drive & Enthusiasm

By SM Retail / February 20, 2025

Our first DELITE On the Spot activity this year was a success! SM Retail team members fully embraced the power of Drive & Enthusiasm, celebrating the energy of the color orange in #SoMuch fun and engaging ways.

One Big SM Retail Team

The bold orange color set the mood for energy and confidence. From outfits to eye-catching accessories, we radiated action and passion. The lively atmosphere fueled motivation and reinforced our commitment to Drive & Enthusiasm.

Salu-salo was made even better with orange-themed snacks, which gave us that energizing boost. From refreshing orange juice to crispy chips, each treat added a burst of flavor, making every bite as vibrant as the event itself! Together, we lift each other up and turn every moment into a chance to celebrate our shared energy.

Our office spaces and common recreation areas came alive with festive orange decors. We love the balloon arrangements, banners, and table accents in all shades of orange. We took our DELITE On the Spot Drive & Enthusiasm celebration to the next level with exciting mini-games and interactive activities. Adding even more depth and meaning, our leaders and Culture Champions led an insightful discussion on the role of Drive & Enthusiasm in our everyday SM Life, making the experience more impactful.

At SM Retail, Drive & Enthusiasm fuel our workplace, turning everyday moments into opportunities for growth. Through DELITE On The Spot, we celebrated this energy with vibrant outfits, engaging activities, and insightful discussions—proving that passion drives us forward. Ready to be part of this dynamic culture? Let’s energize, connect, and make an impact—together!
