SM Store redefines leadership development through quarterly, values-driven Leadership Series sessions held across its 75 branches nationwide.

Say hello to a new era of leadership at SM Store! The Leadership Series session is designed to spark collaboration, fuel innovation, and unite leaders across the business. It brings together supervisors and executives from the Store Business Unit (SBU), alongside major consignors, and Merchandise Business Unit (MBU). Its goal is to strengthen teamwork, foster collaboration, and inspire growth by keeping leaders connected, aligned, and motivated.

Each session is anchored on SM’s strategic pillars, DELITE values, and leadership principles. We’re breaking down silos by bringing everyone to the table, because collaboration doesn’t stop at departments; it thrives across the entire store.

The Leadership Series session dives into real-world leadership challenges through interactive discussions and solution-focused activities. Insights aren’t just shared, they’re turned into action. Recognizing that every branch has its own culture and rhythm, the program is designed with flexibility, empowering branches to launch localized initiatives. Many of these are shaped by collective learnings from the sessions and help elevate SM’s service culture.
